Only its MADE in USA line, which New Balance describes as having a domestic value of 70% or more.
Only the line labeled MADE in USA, and with a qualifier. New Balance's own newsroom says its MADE U.S. footwear “contains a domestic value of 70% or more.”
A 70% domestic-value claim is a different measure from the FTC's “all or virtually all” standard for an unqualified “Made in USA” label, so we describe it exactly as New Balance does and never call these shoes “fully American-made.”

Look for the country-of-origin line on the product page and the label on the item itself. The FTC's standard for an unqualified “Made in USA” claim is “all or virtually all” of the product made here; phrases like “assembled in USA” or “with U.S. and global components” mean something narrower. If the listing doesn't say, ask the brand. Read the FTC's standard →
We attribute every claim to the brand's own words, with the source and the date we read it. We don't certify products ourselves.
